The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Built-in visitor statistics
ChatGPT Sites automatically records traffic and provides statistics on unique visitors and page views over time. These platform summaries support our understanding of the website's use. We have not added a separate analytics SDK, advertising pixel or third-party tracking script, and we do not combine the statistics with email inquiries to identify individual visitors.
For audience measurement within our responsibility, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in understanding and maintaining this information service, subject to your right to object. This does not replace consent where consent is legally required. The Sites documentation does not specify how unique visitors are identified, a complete list of hosting-layer cookies, or a Sites-specific retention period. We therefore do not describe this processing as anonymous or cookie-free.
Cookies, browser storage and embedded content
Our website code does not set cookies or store information in localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served with the website; social media and trading platforms are linked rather than embedded. This statement applies to our code, not to all processing performed by the hosting infrastructure.
OpenAI and Cloudflare describe cookies and security technologies in their general provider policies. Those policies do not by themselves establish which technologies are used on this particular public Site. Retention and deletion
We retain email correspondence while it is needed to handle the inquiry and any related follow-up. It is deleted when that purpose ends unless a statutory retention duty, a contractual matter or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention. The nature of the inquiry and any applicable legal duty determine the period.
Hosting logs and built-in statistics are managed by the hosting providers. A fixed deletion period for public Sites visitor data is not stated in the Sites documentation available to us. OpenAI's general policy describes retention by reference to the data type, service purpose, security needs and legal obligations; this is not confirmation of a particular Sites retention setting. ChatGPT Sites does not currently offer data residency. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, may therefore occur. These general statements do not establish the exact contractual roles, processing locations or safeguards for every public Sites operation. Links to other websites
Links lead to providers such as X, LinkedIn, TradingView, IG, tastytrade and market-data sources. Following a link opens the other provider's service, where its own privacy information applies. We do not control that provider's processing. A mailto link opens your configured email application; clicking it alone does not send us a message.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under Articles 15–20 GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can make a request using the contact address above.
